Eden Hazard has dropped a major hint he could consider leaving Chelsea in the future, saying he may have ambitions to play for “other clubs”.
Hazard, 26, has played a key role in the Blues’ rise to the top of the Premier League table as well as reaching the FA Cup semi-finals in Antonio Conte’s debut season at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgium international is one of the favourites to land the PFA Player of the Season award, having scored 14 top-flight goals in Chelsea’s pursuit of a sixth league crown.
However, while Hazard insists he is fully focused on helping Chelsea win silverware this season, he has hinted there are a couple of teams he has a desire to play for in the future.
In an interview with Telefoot, he said: “When it’s not PSG, it’s Real Madrid, then maybe it’s Bayern Munich… strangely last year there wasn’t anybody.
“I may also have personal ambitions to play in other clubs. But I’m trying to focus on the present, end up in Chelsea this year. I have a contract until 2020. For now, I’m here and good here.”
